I had a wonderful stay on the hills around this city. The hotel facilities were clean and elegant, with a cozy interior filled with beautiful paintings. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of options. The staff were responsive, helpful, and had a good sense of humor.

Its location and scene from the rooms are awesome. It has very good spa and relax facilities. Orea hotel is suitable for a quite weekend.

Some benefits such as slippers for spa could be free of charge.

Very calm beautiful place, nice pool, sauna, and fair breakfast. One can spend the whole day in the hotel just relaxing.

Even though it was said that sauna and whirlpool is included in the room price, receptionist tried to charge us for it. Noisy evening music disturbing in the room.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say I was impressed. The location is absolutely stunning, situated on a beautiful forested hill. The surrounding nature was perfect for hiking and exploring the area. The hotel itself is luxurious and provides enhanced comfort. The rooms were elegant and comfy, with convenient wardrobes and clean, nice bathrooms. The interior of the hotel was cozy and felt like walking in a museum, with reprints of famous paintings adorning the walls. The staff were responsive and helpful, providing valuable assistance throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location is great, surrounded by nature and a short walk from the city center. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection and pleasant service. The lobby bar had a variety of drinks and excellent service. The rooms were clean with convenient wardrobes and nice bathrooms. The staff was responsive and helpful.

We are pleased with comfortable and nice Spa, Sauna,Reasonable Breakfast. But to enjoy all facilities and services, it's better to stay in long term.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel located on the hills in picturesque surroundings. Our room was clean, large, and had a comfortable bed with a wonderful view of the forest. the bathroom was modern with all necessary amenities, and the staff provided excellent service during our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices and a lot of fresh veggies. We also loved spending time in the large swimming pool with a view of the surrounding hills, perfect for relaxation. An added bonus was the wellness center offering massages and other therapies.

The parking was expensive.

Good spa, exellent breakfast. Little bit far from central part of Marianske Lazne.

The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and was very nicely decorated. We loved the free Wi-Fi and the clean facilities. the restaurant served good food, with a nice selection, and had a great view overlooking the town. the location was perfect; it was close to all the main attractions and had beautiful scenery around it.

The room was a bit small and didn't have enough electric sockets. It could have been more spacious.

Free wireless internet is available in the lobby. Good swimming pool.

There could be more starters in the menu.

Nice single room with central heating which could be turned off or modulated. Good bathroom. Good walk-in cupboard with light and adequate hanging and shelf space.Quick morning room cleaning.

Bedside light not well positioned and too weak for reading in bed. No English language TV channels. CNN was mentioned on the TV information card but did not work. On the evenings when there was live music, it was very loud and drifted up to First Floor rooms till 10pm. Business Centre with Internet not functioning (for the past 6 months) although still mentioned on the Hotel's website. No tea or coffee making possibilities. When on holiday, it is lovely to have the first cup of coffee in bed reading or watching the news before showering and going down to breakfast.
